From the saying that Kigali is a sleeping city compared to other cities, one can’t help but wonder if Kigali’s nightlife has improved given the country’s economic transformation.  Society Magazine’s Linda Mbabazi captures people’s opinions about Kigali’s nightlife.

"Anyone who has been in Kigali for more than four years should be amazed at the changes. From 2002 to date, Kigali has seen the construction of the first five-star hotel in Rwanda, Kigali Serena, the Union Trade Center-a huge shopping mall right in the centre of town, new nightclubs like B-Club, and many more have been renovated.”
