Rwanda, Kenya meet in Karate friendly
RWANDA’S men and women karate teams are in Kenya for a friendly contest as part of their preparation for next month’s Africa Karate Championship in Cape Town, South Africa. The contingent, which left on Wednesday, will compete in two categories; Kata and Kumite on Saturday and Sunday.

RWANDA’S men and women karate teams are in Kenya for a friendly contest as part of their preparation for next month’s Africa Karate Championship in Cape Town, South Africa.
The contingent, which left on Wednesday, will compete in two categories; Kata and Kumite on Saturday and Sunday.
The technical advisor of the national karate federation Guy Rurangayire says that the two-day contest will help in selecting the final team for the continental Championship which is set to run from August 1 – 7.
The teams’ final preparation phase will be held at Amahoro indoor stadium.
