Rwandatel should explain the breakdown

Editor, I have not been able to access the internet for the last two days. As a frequent user of the internet and a constant subscriber to Rwandatel, it is deeply frustrating that I cannot access the internet and yet my internet provider is silent about it.

I have not been able to access the internet for the last two days. As a frequent user of the internet and a constant subscriber to Rwandatel, it is deeply frustrating that I cannot access the internet and yet my internet provider is silent about it.

What is more disturbing is that this is not the first time it has happened. The last time we experienced such an outage, Rwandatel apologized and said they would improve on their services and also let us know when it would be fixed. Is Rwandatel taking us for a ride?
