While I have disagreed a few times with the analysis of The New Times writer Hamza Nkuutu, I must say that I think he’s 100 percent correct to say that Spanish striker Fernando Torres, should make way for Fernando Llorente.

A fit Torres would be an automatic starter in any team in the world, but he’s had such a fitful season that I’m surprised that he’s still a first choice striker.

Well, I don’t see it being a liability against Paraguay, but in a semi-final against Brazil or Holland, you have to take your chances. And I don’t think he’s capable right now.
