Though the 2010 World Cup started with disappointments from our own African teams, this time round, an awe-inspiring quarter-final round awaits everyone.

It will be fireworks watching Brazil take on Netherlands. Both sides recorded excellent victories over their opponents, Chile and Slovakia respectively.

Another mouth-watering encounter is Ghana - Africa’s lone flag bearer - facing Uruguay. Ghana will make history if they qualify for the semis. And, of course the other classic is Argentina Vs Germany.

I know you may all be disappointed by the African teams, but come on and watch the best eight teams in the world battle each other during the exciting encounters that kick –off at the weekend.
