When I learnt that the Rwanda Defence Forces (RDF) dentists on Wednesday embarked on an outreach programme of treating several patients at Mukarange health centre, in Kayonza district I was excited.

How many armies in the world give free treatment to its citizens?

The RDF has shown that it’s a pro-people army, that not only defends the people from enemies both within and without our border, but also cares about their individual health. That is why I’m proud to say that love our army.
