The United Kingdom (UK) based Africa Brand Conference (ABC) is calling upon competitive companies in Rwanda to participate in the first Africa brand convention aimed at exposing and enhancing the continent’s most powerful brands to the world.
The United Kingdom (UK) based Africa Brand Conference (ABC) is calling upon competitive companies in Rwanda to participate in the first Africa brand convention aimed at exposing and enhancing the continent’s most powerful brands to the world.
According to a press statement from the London based Instinct Wave Group, the conference will provide a platform for Rwanda’s leading corporate brands and other local entrepreneurs to learn new key strategies from multinational companies at the conference.
"The event will focus on African brands and communication executives to enable them learn and share best practice among colleagues and with brand experts in Europe and America,” says Akin Naphtal the Conference Director and Chief Executive Officer Instinct Wave Group in the press release.
Scheduled between the 18th and 19th of August, ABC will bring together global top brands, corporate executives and social marketers, media professionals, educators and non-profit organizations to share best practices, and discuss new branding methods to grow their businesses.
"Rwandan companies that attend will gain exposure to new marketing strategies that will enhance their performance and brand value. They will network with other brand leaders, while media agencies stand a chance of expanding their businesses by meeting key clients,” Naphtal said.
Renowned guest speakers at conference will be leading brand experts including, Doug de Villiers the Group Chief Executive of Interbrand Sampson Group (a leading international brand consultancy firm ), Thebe Ikelafang - Group Chief Executive Officer of , Brand Leadership Group a South African based leading brand development company and Nikki Twomey - Director, Group Brand and Specialist Marketing of Standard Bank Group.
In addition leading global companies like, Nokia, Procter and Gamble (P&G), GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), Standard Bank Group, Unilever, NESTEL, Microsoft will be represented at conference.
