Abegga to handle Denmark-Japan World Cup tie
RWANDA’S certified Fifa assistant referee Celestin Ntagungira a.k.a Abegga will be on the sidelines for today’s Group E encounter between Denmark and Japan in Rustenburg. Abegga will officiate alongside the South African pair of Damon Jerome and Enock Molefe.

RWANDA’S certified Fifa assistant referee Celestin Ntagungira a.k.a Abegga will be on the sidelines for today’s Group E encounter between Denmark and Japan in Rustenburg.
Abegga will officiate alongside the South African pair of Damon Jerome and Enock Molefe.
This will be his second match at the tournament after the New Zealand - Slovakia game. He was also a reserve referee for the Argentina - South Korea game.
After losing their opening game (0-2) against Holland, the Danes regrouped to eject Cameroon out of the competition with a 2-1 victory.
Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner was one of the scorers for Denmark but his involvement today hangs on a thread as he struggles to shake off a groin injury.
