It was a great pleasure to read in your newspaper that Rwanda has emerged victorious yet again.

Winning the 2010 Africa Business Award is yet another endorsement and acknowledgement by the Commonwealth Business Council that Rwanda offers the most favorable climate for investors which will facilitate the flow of investments into the country.

Please allow me to congratulate the Rwanda Development Board and all those concerned

Government Agencies which have worked in close co-ordination to ensure that the country retains the top position among all African countries.
