On various occasions, I have heard motorists demand for explanations on how the breatherlisers, that police uses for alcohol tests actually work. In the spirit of transparence, the police should inform the public of what the limit is.

If I take a glass of wine at dinner, will I have exceeded the limit? Are the breathelisers healthy to share? I believe it is important that the public is educated more on this. Once people are sensitized, they would act accordingly.
