Kigali’s famous reggae group, the Family Squad has released two singles for the August presidential elections.
Their first release "One Blood” is a tribute to the country’s ruling party, RPF.

The group has also completed their second track, ‘Tora Kagame’—(‘vote for Kagame’).

"We composed the singles for the President of the Republic of Rwanda, as the only way to thank him for his good work in the country,” said Sparks, the group’s lead front man.

The group is reportedly recording their third single, "Congratulations Yo’ Excellence” which will be released if Kagame wins the elections.

The two tracks were produced by Mozey at "Laff and Taff”, the Kampala based music studio, owned by Family Squad.
