Paul Rugwiro is an artiste popularly known as The Rain Paul. He started as a song writer in 2006 but started his singing career in 2008. His single ‘Terrorist’ is what raised him to his current status. Below he tells us what his weekend is like:
Paul Rugwiro is an artiste popularly known as The Rain Paul. He started as a song writer in 2006 but started his singing career in 2008. His single ‘Terrorist’ is what raised him to his current status. Below he tells us what his weekend is like:
My weekend starts on Friday at around 3p.m if I am not to perform in any concert. I first get home then head to Santa Rosa in Gikondo where I meet my friends. We have a good time over coffee and other drinks.
By 8p.m, I am at Horizon Gardens. There I have fun with colleagues, enjoy the salus music and dance until the time I believe is right to set for home.
On Saturday, I play basketball at Rafic Club in Nyamirambo until mid-day. I have lunch at home which includes fish, rice and coffee.
I also listen to my music and watch movies at home.
On Sunday, I go to church for the morning service and later spend time at home to organize certain things as I prepare for Monday.
The evening finds me at Cine Star Cinema watching either a movie or soccer match, whichever program might be on.
I however get home at 9p.m. At about 9:30, I have supper. I am usually in bed by 10:30.
That summarises my weekend perfect.
