Local R&B star, Meddy on Tuesday June 1, jetted in from Boston, USA, where he had gone to perform.
While at Kigali International Airport, the "Igipimo” singer told The New Times that his trip to the U.S was good.
On Saturday night, Meddy performed at the Rwanda Convention in Boston for about 400 people.
"I was surprised to see the crowd sing along with me during the performance. Rwandans living in the US know our songs,” said Meddy.
Meddy had traveled with Rwanda’s comedian Atome, the Commissioner General of Rwanda Revenue Authority, Mary Baine and Ministers Joseph Habineza and James Musoni.
The delegation had traveled to the U.S to attend this year’s Rwandan Convention Association.
