At this point in time, Rwanda’s entertainment scene is evolving into something new. With the introduction of an affordable Star Times cable television, more Rwandans are getting in touch with events happening around the world.

It’s great news that a newer package with more channels has been introduced. However, what becomes of customers with the older decoder who want to upgrade their channels without necessarily buying a new Star Times decoder.

It does not make sense to own both decoders just to view extra channels. There should at least be a practical and reasonable system of upgrading the older decoder to receive newer channels rather than buying the more attractive newer decoder.
