DEAR EDITOR,

Of late there have been many stories in your newspapers about health workers getting free mobile phones to promote service delivery. I would like to call upon all the community health workers to use the phones for what they are meant. People should not sell them or abuse them.

Otherwise, I would like to congratulate the Ministry of Health for this initiative and many others that have improved the health of Rwandans. A healthy population is a productive one.
