DEAR EDITOR,

Sports is a key aspect of our lives and football is undeniably a passion for most of the Rwandan people. However, I am not yet feeling the World Cup fever, yet the finals are just a couple of days away.

Through your paper, I would like to call on the Rwandan media, sports companies, advertisers among other stakeholders to help raise the excitement.

Even though Rwanda is not represented as a team, the country will have a stand where musicians and dancers and business people will showcase what Rwanda has.

Additionally, for the first time, the tournament is in Africa, the reasons for us to get excited are countless. Let us all build the hype.
