DEAR EDITOR,

I have read various publications regarding the tax systems and policies. However, there are some that are not translated in Kinyarwanda. While Rwanda Revenue Authority has done a good job sensitizing the public about taxes, they should put in extra effort in using Kinyarwanda.

The local language is widely used among the tax payers and it is important that the public understands every aspect of the taxes they pay. That way, tax compliance will be maximized since people will have knowledge of what is required.
