I would like to comment on the Editorial of Monday 24th 2010 that stated "Dialogue will resolve the Nile water dispute”. I don’t see why something that was naturally created by God should raise issues between Nations.

Let each country control the part of the Nile that is  within their boundaries unless there is a situation where a particular country tries to tamper with the flow of the river maliciously.

I would like to know the basis used when determining the percentage of Nile water used by all countries that constitute the Nile basin.
