Allow me to commend the road construction that has eventually started in Kicukiro District. For long, dust has been a huge frustration for those of us who don’t drive. But with the ongoing construction it is evident that this will soon be history.

Now as I walk I feel confident that I will soon stop inhaling dust and hearing complaints about a nice neighbourhood lacking proper roads.

And to those that have been inconvenienced by the mud during construction because of the rains, remember that it is only momentary. You can be rest assured that a tarmac road is on the way.
