When we started getting the free call back messages and sending them five times a day, I thought we were destined for greater things but now I realize that I was wrong.

As of late it’s almost impossible to receive a message. Even with credit, sending one is an unreachable dream. You will only be lucky if the message reaches its destiny the next day.

The correlation between Rwanda and Uganda’s service providers is no more.

Roaming as was originally called is no longer possible and as if that is not enough, this festive season has been the most expensive when it comes to rates.

I call upon the people in charge; this business of fooling us around is not going to be acceptable.

We love you and we like the net work but if this continues like this, am going to organize a peaceful demonstration and am sure the police will have reasons to support and protect me.
