I would like to thank The New Times for its continued effort to inform Rwandans on what is happening in and outside the country and at the same time giving Rwandans a platform to address their concerns.

I am a resident of Kacyiru and my call goes to RECO-RWASCO to intervene quickly and restore the water supply in the area opposite the American Embassy, below the road to Nyabugogo, where road-works are currently taking place.

For a week now, we have been struggling to find a place where we can get a 20-litre can of water. This current water shortage began when the road works started on the Nyabugogo-Kacyiru Road. That is why I assume that a pipe was broken

I, therefore, call upon RECO-RWASCO to come to our rescue because the situation is getting dire.
