ETHIOPIA’s St. George outclassed Mafunzo last evening to stay top of Group B in the on-going Kagame Cup.

A brace from Adane Girma and further goals from Nasser Mohammed, Elias Mamo and Said Salahadin helped the Ethiopians seal their quarter-final slot with the other slot still very much up for grabs between Mafunzo and Rayon Sport.

Meanwhile, in group A, Vital’O also progressed to the last eight after a 3-1 win over Djibouti weaklings Telkom.

Fidel Nimubona, Beby Mbakiye and Amissi Tabwe were on target for Yaoundé Kanyankole’s side while Daher Ahmed proved his individual brilliance by dribbling past three defenders to score Telkom’s consolation goal.

Vital’O will now play the winner of Group B in the quarter final.
