I would like to use you the editor to pass on my heart felt appreciation to Maryhill Old Girls Association
100 Rwandan women including top government officials who studied at Maryhill Girls School in Uganda have put smiles on faces of 47 child family heads and other dependants.

The organisation on Sunday donated Frw1million to 47 child-headed families, composed of the 1994 Genocide child survivors in Kinyinya, Gasabo District.

Each family was given Frw47, 000 to take care of their Christmas celebrations.

You should know that even today’s leaders you see went through the same hardships like you them.

We should come closer to Genocide orphans by giving them basic necessities in life and traditionally share happiness with disadvantaged children.
