Leadership is a process of influence where people choose to be followers while others choose to lead. Having the chance to be chosen as a leader gives you the privilege to serve others. A true chosen leader should work hard to lead by example. Some leaders fail because they want to serve themselves when in actuality they should be serving others.

Having the chance to be chosen as a leader gives you the privilege to serve others. A true chosen leader should work hard to lead by example. Some leaders fail because they want to serve themselves when in actuality they should be serving others.
Some others join leadership only to seek greatness, but it is said that "greatness is not how much respect you demand but how much you serve others”. This means greatness is received by those who commit themselves to serve others.
Moreover, some people tend to go into leadership when they are not gifted at all. Some people deceive themselves by taking on leadership roles that they are not qualified for; therefore, they spend a lot of time and energy doing simple tasks.
First know what kind of a leader you are before stepping into leadership.
Nevertheless, when a leader is committed to serve humanity and chooses the right people with vision to associate with, they will be successful in their endeavors. No matter what challenges you meet, your leadership will be admired.
It is said "tell me which people you move with and I tell you who you are”. It’s better for every leader to think positively and be committed to serving.
Leaders develop the nation and prepare others for the future generation. As it’s quoted, "tell me what you believe, and I tell you what kind of a leader you are”.
This doesn’t mean that some people are born to serve while others are born to follow, NO!
Some people have issues of low self confidence; doubting yourself means you don’t know who you are because you try to be everybody else.
Some leaders perceive servant leadership as an aspect that doesn’t exist; but servant leadership has been around for a very long time. The only difference is that it has been lost for so long that those who hear about it perceive it as a new concept.
If everybody could use their gifts to develop what they have, the world would be the best place to be.
This reminds me of the saying, "If every human being understood that one is born with a gift, and with the potential to hold that gift to serve humanity, instead of employment we would have deployment.”
