Editor,
Now that KLM is set to begin operations in Rwanda, with plans to operate five flights a week between Amsterdam and Kigali, this is great news indeed. I wanted to travel to Europe a while back, but the ticket prices were extremely exorbitant.
It’s my assumption that, with more airlines flying direct to Europe, ticket prices will fall as the airlines attempt to attract customers.
KLM’s entry into Rwanda reflects the strong and stable economic growth Rwanda has achieved, as well as confidence in the country’s aviation industry.
One of the oldest airlines in the world, KLM’s entry is a signal that the other big players in aviation are about to arrive. Good news spreads fast.
