KAGAME Cup holders Atraco have been slapped with a $50 fine following their failure to attend a pre-match meeting held yesterday at Ferwafa headquarters in Remera.

Atraco’s Pool C opponents Uganda Revenue Authority, Sofapaka and Simba attended the meeting.

According to Cecafa rules, pre-match meetings, which are held on the eve of the match day, are a must for all teams.
During these meetings, teams are briefed on the colours of their jerseys among other things.

On the day of the match, teams must be at their respective playing venues one hour before kick-off time.
