Renowned local gospel singer, Aline Gahongaire is working on gospel collaborations with local secular artists.
The project is already on, and she is working with famous artists, including Rafiki, Shanel, Kitoko, Meddy, King James and Alpha.
Gahongaire said all the songs will be produced by local producers, Clement and Pastor P.
Talking to The New Times, she said her intention to work with the secular artists was to capture an audience of both non-Christians and Christians alike.
"The songs will preach the gospel to people. I also intend to help these stars use their talent to worship the Lord,” she said.
Gahongaire who is also a member of ‘The Sisters’ gospel musical group, will unite all the local artists as all-stars in their single, due to be released before August.
Meanwhile, she has already recorded the first track ‘Ndabona Ukuboko Kwimana’, translated ‘I see the hand of the Lord’ which features Alpha.
