I am writing to congratulate the staff of Rwanda Post Office for the good work that they perform.  Recently somebody called from US and told me that they really needed Rwanda Tea since they were supposed to host some guests.

I sent it to him by post; I expected the tea to take at least two weeks but in three days I received the call from him saying that he had received the package.

My appreciation goes to Director General of the Post Office for the good services that his organization offers. The customer care at the Post Office is very good; when you go to the counter the customer care staff always smile and ask in a polite way whether they can help you.

This type of service is rare in most organizations in this country. Keep it up.
