EDITOR,

Ever since the head of the Conservative Party made it a point to visit Rwanda awhile back, I’ve keenly observed his rise in UK politics.

Now that he’s become Prime Minister I want to take the opportunity to wish him all the best in his new portfolio.

It is my hope that he will continue taking an interest in Rwanda and Rwandans.
