After unveiling the ‘Bebeza’ cash promotion a week ago, MTN Rwanda on Monday held the first draw for the first 20 lucky winners in three different categories.

The promotion, which started on May 3, 2010, and ends on June 11, has 6 draws were the first five draw includes 12 lucky customers who will win of Rwf375,000, seven Rwf500,000 and one to win Rwf2M. 

The sixth draw and the last will see a lucky customer walk away with Rwf10m 

During the first draw on Monday, MTN’s Brand and Sponsorship Manager, Rachael Mulinde, revealed that the first 20 lucky winners walked away with Rwf10m in total. 

"12 lucky customers won Rwf375,000 in the first category, seven Rwf500,000 in the second and one lucky entrepreneur won Rwf2,000,000,” Mulinde revealed. 

The draw is based on a Random Generation System that qualifies all the potential winners before activating the random selection.

The Monday draw was conducted live on radio Flash FM and to enter the draw, customers are required to send an SMS, use data or load airtime within the 7 days prior to the weekly draw.
