Atraco vs Etincelles

ATRACO Coach Sam Timbe thinks Etincelles coach Abdul Bizimana deserves special praise for guiding the team to third place in the league with two league games to go and also reaching the quarter finals of the MTN Peace Cup.

The taxi men side take on Etincelles in the quarter-final of the MTN Peace cup tomorrow afternoon at Regional Stadium and Timbe is in full admiration of Etincelles tactician Bizimana alias Bekeni for sustaining the club in the title race after being promoted to the top flight last season.

"It is extraordinary how they have managed to stay in the title race for all this time considering that they were promoted to the first division this season.

I think that Coach Abdul Bizimana deserves special recognition for this. He has a good set of players who are determined to restore the club’s glory days,” Timbe said

Despite heaping praise on Etincelles, the Ugandan tactician said that his team is keen to retain the MTN Peace Cup and will do anything to dump the western province club.

"We want to retain this trophy and they are in our way, so we shall do anything to knock them out,” the 50-year-old said.
