Ruhumuriza James, aka King James, is a Rwandan R&B artist. He was born on 1st April 1990 and is currently a senior six finalist. He started his trade in a church choir at the tender age of five years. However he had to wait for eleven years before he hit the limelight.

In the year 2006 he released ‘Ni Wowe’ though it did not make it big because he was studying in a boarding school at the time.

Two years later King James began concentrating on his music and frequented the studio more often than before.

He has so far released five hit songs among them ‘Naratomboye’, ‘ndatuje’ and ‘nzakubona ryari?’ which have made it big time and hit the local music charts.

Most of his hit singles have been produced by the famous Lick Lick and his message to his fans is that they are yet to hear the best from him and promises more hits.
