Below she tells about her typical day:
I wake up depending on the time I must be at work. This varies since I sometimes have to be at the station at 5a.m while other programs may allow me to get there after that.
However, whatever it takes, I am at the station to take on the morning show dabbed Isimburanibakwe. It starts at 5a.m and ends at 9a.m.
I have a break and take on some accounting responsibilities as I plan to get home for lunch at mid-day.
I get back to work up to 5p.m when I go for personal programs. I may either visit friends or research on various issues which I believe necessary.
By 7:30p.m, I am home watching and listening to evening news from various radio stations and television.
I sometimes avoid supper, but if I am to have it, it’s at 8p.m. I get to bed at 9, but a prayer is what ends my day.
