THE national women football league continues this afternoon with league leaders AS Kigali hosting Les Lioness at Mumena playground.

The champions are chasing for their eighth straight league win against a Lioness side that has lost their last four league matches.

A win for AS Kigali will keep them five points clear of rivals APR who travel to Gisenyi to play Rubavu at Nengo playground.

This season, the military side faces a difficult task of snatching the title from AS Kigali who seem to be firing from all cylinders.

But Coach Egidia Kayitesi is optimistic that the Kigali city council side will drop points at some point.

Else where, third placed Remera Rukoma (GSSR) take on Ruhango, Bugesera host Aspej while Inyemera entertain Muhoza.
