Editor,
Through your newspaper, I have been closely following the debates in the Parliament and Senate. Of recent, the FARG report, has gotten me particularly encouraged by the contribution the Senate is playing in enforcing zero tolerance on corruption.
It is absurd to read that the survivors of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi do not have decent housing, not because funding is not available, but because shoddy work was done and money mysteriously disappeared.
The Senate has so far done a good job of digging deep into the matter and should keep up the pace until all dirt is unearthed and those found guilty are brought to justice.
I look forward to reading more about what goes on in Parliament and Senate through your paper.
