On behalf of my fellow Giporoso-kabeza residents, I appeal to Kigali City Council (KCC) and Ministry of infrastructure to do something about the escalating illness caused by the unfinished road.

The ongoing road construction has created frequent whirls of dust entering into people’s quarters, causing illnesses and bringing about constant cleaning that is tiresome.

Daily, we pay visitors to the hospitals around Kigali City in an effort to maintain good health and yet many children have unfortunately failed to enjoy their holidays due to the ill health they have.

The Chinese company that took over this contract should work very fast and put into consideration that the life of residents living along the road is at stake.

I suggest that government gives this work to big companies like STRABAG International which I believe are able to finish the work in the shortest time possible.
