This letter is in reference to an article in yesterday’s edition where John Gara, the CEO of Rwanda Development Board (RDB), announced the business reform agenda of the Rwanda Development Board.
It is very encouraging to see that the RDB is always exploring new avenues to facilitate the business environment in the country. The online business registration, which is scheduled to become operative by the end of this month, will surely take RDB many rungs up the ladder in its pursuit for excellence.
This initiative will also facilitate new businesses and investments in Rwanda in the near future.
Please allow me to take this opportunity to wish John Gara and his pro-active team at RDB a very successful EAC Investment Conference at Munyonyo, Uganda next week.
