I was very pleased to read in your newspaper that KCC have set up a One-Stop Centre for construction.

This will definitely facilitate doing business in Rwanda. Reducing the time for acquiring land documents from 210 days to just 30 days augurs well for the city and the country.

The commencement of the of One-Stop Centre is also very well timed , just a week before the forthcoming 3rd EAC

Investment Conference at Munyonyo, Uganda. Here, KCC and RDB will be able to highlight this fact as a one of the many USP’s of doing business in Rwanda.
