Editor,

Rwandan students at Oklahoma Christian University have founded an organization called "Rwandans4Water” on campus and our mission is to increase access to  clean water.

We will come back home this summer and we will drill 15 water wells all over the country. One well will serves up to 500 people.

Right now, we are collecting the funds that will help us buy the necessary tools to use. Water4 Foundation has trained us and now we know how to use their technology, called hand drilling technology.

This technology has been successful in several countries in Africa such as Uganda,

Zambia, Ethiopia and others. We strongly believe the very same technology should be implemented in our country as well.  We are raising the awareness of this organization across the whole world.

We have a website (www.rwandans4water.org) and a Facebook group as well.
