Editor, I would like to register my complaint with the management of Lotto. Rwanda. For goodness sake I have never subscribed to any of their games but I got the shock of my life when Lotto Rwanda beeped me.

I would like to register my complaint with the management of Lotto
Rwanda. For goodness sake I have never subscribed to any of their games but I got the shock of my life when Lotto Rwanda beeped me. I honestly did not know who was calling, so I dialed back.
To my surprise, they begun to welcome me to their organization and this mere welcome consumed my Rwf300 worth of airtime!
Why would they beep me in the first place? Is this their way of conning the public in order to advertise their services, if so, they need to revise their strategies because beeping at the expense of the innocent public is highly unprofessional.
