The Rwandan High Commissioner in Uganda, Frank Mugambage commended Cynthia Akazuba and Alpha Rwirangira for their hard work.

The remarks were made during Uganda’s ‘Walk To Remember’ at Uganda Christian University, Mukono, Uganda.

"I want to assure you Cynthia that you have the potential and qualities of becoming Miss World and for Alpha the best artist in Africa and the whole world,” he said.

Mugambage urged the youth in the five East African States to emulate these celebrities for betterment of the region and their future.
