It is very encouraging to read in your newspaper about the initiatives being taken by the Rwanda Development Board in facilitating the development of the Private Sector.

While guidelines and norms are always set by the various government agencies, it is the private sector which actually determines the development patterns.

The way Clare Akamanzi, Chief Operations Officer, and her team are motivating the private sector will surely lead to a win-win situation and help Rwanda in steady and impressive growth, year on year.
