Headmasters of both secondary and primary schools should promote debates in their various schools.

Students’ frequent participation in discussions helps them become conversant with the languages used at school.

It is very embarrassing to find some students who completed their secondary education and can not fluently express them selves in either French or English.

Children are sent to school to become knowledgeable and not to be retarded. Teachers, help these children become better people.
