I wish to register my protests concerning the letter published on Thursday titled "Kenya Airways (KQ) is a dangerously dysfunctional carrier”.

It is true and we know that this airline has problems, especially with customer care, but the letter creates an impression of a risky airline to fly with.

The truth is that even in the US, which has good consumer relations, airlines have problems.

I have read stories of people who have sat in planes for more that seven hours in the US. To brand an airline as dangerously dysfunctional is extreme.
