It’s good to know that Rwanda’s Minister of Local government, James Musoni, on Thursday met and held talks about, among other things security, with a Ugandan delegation led by the Minister of State for Internal Affairs, Matia Kasaija.

The talks about security are especially important because of the fact that there is a lot of smuggling across our common border.

An illicit brew, Kanyanga, is being smuggled across the border by criminals. With a united front against this kind of criminal activity, Rwandans will not to have to suffer the after effects of brews like these.
