Equity Market

Today the Rwanda OTC market was quiet as no transactions were recorded.  The KCB shares remained at Rwf 160. At the end of the session, there were no offers or bids.

Tuesday on the Nairobi Stock Exchange (NSE), a total of 1,619,800 shares were traded.  KCB shares traded within the range of 21.75 Kshs (162 Rfw) and 21.00 Kshs (Rwf157) and closed at 21.25 Kshs (159 Rfw).

The NSE All share index went up + 0.07 points to close at 78.69.

The Bond Market:

Today the bond market was quiet as no transactions were reported.  At the close of business, there were no buyers or sellers. There were BCR bank bonds worth Rwf 150 million on offer at Rwf 100.50 but no buyers.
