Brasserie des Mille Collines, a newly licensed brewery company has in the past month introduced a new beer in Kigali,Skol, igniting a fierce competetion in the market.
According to an employee  of the brewery, the new beer will be launched in the coming months.

"Skol is not yet officially launched, so it’s not known by many people in Rwanda.

In the near future we shall be launching it and extending its availability outside Kigali as well,” the source said in a phone interview.
