Thank goodness that the Public Service Commission (PSC) has recommended that 38 former district employees be reinstated because they were fired maliciously.

A team, set up to investigate claims that the evaluation exercise was flawed, found many anomalies in the entire process. There were situations where bosses had their female subordinated fired because they refused their sexual advances.

Personally, I’m disgusted about all this. How they attempted to exploit their subordinates and then fired them as a result of their refusal is pure lunacy.

These district employees shouldn’t be simply reinstated but they also deserve justice. I want the Prosecution service to arrest those fellows for sexual harassment and unfair dismissal.

It is of little consequence if these people are reinstated but have to work for these very same people. What would protect them from similar injustices?

I am of the view that these people ought to be dismissed and/or jailed for their crimes.
