I’m appealing to all cattle keepers in the Eastern Province to aid the government in dealing with the outbreak of the lethal livestock disease Contagious Bovine Pleural Pneumonia (CBPP), locally known as Ruhaha.

They should vaccinate all their cows, report all cases of cows infected to their local authorities and not move their cows to different areas to avoid the spread of the disease.
