THE Dutch Ambassador to Rwanda, Frans Makken this week visited rural projects funded by his government in the districts of Musanze and Burera, in the Northern Province.

He toured the two hydro power plants of Mutobo ,Mukungwa11 and the water and sanitation projects in the two districts.

The Burera district Mayor, Samuel Sembagari, said that the Ambassador commended the progress of the projects, saying they would support the rural population especially by bringing water closer to them.
